Our Story
Senior Dog Wellness HQ started with one special dog—our Chiweenie, Daisy.
We adopted Daisy from a shelter when she was around 4 years old, and she quickly became part of the family. Now, at about 10 years old, we’ve started to see the natural changes that come with aging—slowing down, needing a little extra care, and relying on us in new ways.
Like many dog owners, we realized that navigating the senior years isn’t always straightforward. There’s a lot of conflicting advice out there, and it can be hard to know what actually helps.
That’s why Senior Dog Wellness HQ was created.
Our mission is simple: to help dog owners confidently care for their senior dogs by providing clear, practical, and trustworthy information. From nutrition and mobility to behavior changes and product recommendations, everything we share is focused on helping your dog feel better, stay comfortable, and enjoy life as much as possible. Because we know firsthand—these years matter.
Daisy isn’t “just getting older.” She’s still full of personality, love, and moments that make every day better. And every senior dog deserves that same level of care, attention, and quality of life.
